Advocate Rajkumar Pande’s efforts finally gave some positive output with Bhopal High Court summoning MF Husain and Nafisa Ali both to be present for trial on 19th May 2006.
Magistrate Shri Arvind Raghuvanshi registered a case against Husain and Nafisa Ali under Indian Penal Code Sections 135 (A), 292,294,298 and 500.
