HJS holds meeting for Navaratrotsava

Beed (Maharashtra): Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) held a meeting at Sarveshwar Ganesh Mandir in connection with forthcoming Navaratri festival.
          
It was decided to make people aware about the malpractices occurring in celebration of Navaratri festival so that those can be avoided. It was also decided to organize quiz contests and lectures during the festival. Members of HJS inspected Sree Khandeshar Devi temple and called on trustees of the temple. Shri. Ranajitsinh Chauhan, the trustee of the temple was explained about the spiritual importance of the festival. Shri. Chauhan placed order for 3 ‘flex’ banners giving information of the festival for displaying them outside the temple. He also said that after painting of the temple was over, he would arrange to get the matter related to teachings of Dharma written on the walls of the temple. He also granted permission to HJS members to take up cleaning of the temple.
