Dombivali (Maharashtra): Photo-exhibition was held from 27th October to 30th October at Municipality’s Ambedkar Hall on behalf of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) enlightening people on atrocities afflicted on Hindus by terrorists in Kashmir and Bangla Desh. The exhibition was visited by 2165 visitors. Many visitors were of the view that the political leaders were only responsible for the situation in Kashmir and now there was no alternative but armed revolution. Many leaders and senior officials of the municipality paid a visit to the exhibition among them Shri. Sudesh Chudnaik, President of ‘F’ ward, Shri. Bhujabal, Zonal Officer, Shri. Ramesh Mhatre, Opposition leader extended help for organizing the exhibition.Shri. Sunil Dumbre, a well-wisher of Sanatan Sanstha and Director of ‘Indus Industries’ made available an inverter for all 4 days of the exhibition free of cost. HJS had invited members of all the parties for the exhibition; but barring 1 or 2, none of the representatives elected by people visited the exhibition. (Although it is the need of the hour to come together and fight against terrorism, elected representatives did not bother even to see the exhibition. This shows how selfish they are and it is better not to expect anything from them – Editor)
Feedbacks of some of the viewers
* A Muslim Journalist: I saw your exhibition and attended your seminar on ‘ Hindu genocide ‘. Your project is very good and exhibition should be held at maximum palces. HJS is not at all trying to create rift between two religions; but it is very good exhibition showing the truth.
* Dr. (Mrs.) Harsha Ghag, municipal councilor, BJP: I was ashamed to see the exhibition and felt that what is the use of being educated? Unless I do not do something for the cause, I will not be able to sleep.
Many RSS members also visited the exhibition and watched the VCD "… and the world remained quiet". There was good response to Sanatan Sanstha’s books and other products put up on sale.
FACT exhibition inaugurated at Dombivali
29 October 07
Dombivali (Maharashtra): Terrorists are oppressing Hindus for the past 17 years in Kashmir and Bangladesh. It is the need of the hour that Hindus unite against these atrocities. The exhibiton has been held at Dr. Ambedkar hall from 27 th to 30th October 2007 between 10.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
Dr. Ashok Modak, ex-MLA by Konkan Graduates Constituency as BJP candidate, Shri. Dilip Ghag of Sree Sampradaya, Shri. Bhau Torasekar, senior journalist and Shri. Ramesh Shinde, the spokesperson of HJS for the State of Maharashtra were present for the inaugural program. After the program, a film titled ‘…..and the world remained quiet’ was shown. Shri. Ajay Sambhus, Thane distrct coordinator of HJS explained in brief various activities of HJS and Shri. Ulhas Chaudhary briefly explained about FACT exhibition. A seminar was also organized on ‘Genocide of Hindus’ after the inauguration.
- Dilip Ghag, Sree Sampradaya: it is a ploy of the Government to annihilate Hindu Dharma. The Government is tryimg to enact laws like ‘Anti-Superstitions’ Act and ‘Temple take-over’ Act to destroy Hindu culture. It is the need of the hour to equip themselves with weapons as deities have weapons in their hands. Hindus are not cowards; but they have to be awakened.
- Dr. Ashok Modak: People are celebrating 60 years of independence but they have forgotten about the atrocities subjected on Hindus in Kashmir. Presently the condition of this country is that its leaders are pleasure-seeking and its citizens are apathetic. It is now necessary for Hindus to wake up and prove their mettle. I congratulate Hindu Janajagruti Samiti for their efforts.
