Paladhi: Few members of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) observed that some of the vendors were selling crackers with pictures of deities on them. When HJS members made the vendor aware of the mockery of deities caused due to bursting of such crackers, they stopped sale of such crackers. The HJS members also lodged complaint with the police in this regard who in turn, made the vendors understand the issue.
