Mumbai (Maharashtra): The Congress government has taken the decision to demolish the Ramsetu the seat of worship of crores of Hindus. To protest against this the government, which refuses to accept the culture of this country, on 30th December, a rally has been planned in Delhi by the VHP according to news from its Central Sahamantri Prof. Vyankatesh Abdev as revealed at a press conference.
20 lakh devotees of Lord Ram are expected to participate in this rally of which 50,000 will be from Maharashtra. The ‘Rameshvaram Ramsetu Raksha Manch’ division of the VHP is performing ritualistic worship of the stones used to construct the Ramsetu all over the country and is receiving an overwhelming response from the public. Between 20th November and 20th December a ‘Shila yatra’ of the floating stones from Rameshvaram is being organised by the VHP with a simultaneous social awakening programme. In Mumbai this yatra will be held at Upanagar from 4th to 20th December.
