Awareness should be created amongst Hindus for preservation and survival of national memorials and forts

Pro-Hindu activists should realize that the Government has no right to destroy ‘sattvikta’ (sanctitiy and purity) of national memorials and deprive us of Dharmacharan (Abiding by Dharma).

Register protest with the Government and create awareness amongst Hindus and other pro-Hindu organizations on this issue !

Fight in a lawful manner, till the Government does not withdraw its decision !

Central Cultural Ministry has imposed ban on performing ‘puja’ at 955 national memorials (e.g. forts) which comes under the jurisdiction of the Department of Archaeological Survey. As per the Central Government’s orders, Maharashtra Home Ministry has also issued instructions to police to immediately provide security to Archaeology Department so as to prevent people from performing ‘puja’ at such national memorials.

‘There is a great valiant history behind national memorials and forts built by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. There are reflections of radiant thoughts of protection of nation and Dharma in such memorials and forts.

Chhatrapati Shivaraya built temples on every fort with the purpose of getting spiritual strength for the mission of protection of nation and Dharma. National memorials and forts are symbols of ‘Brahma-Tej’ and ‘Kshatra-Tej’ and ‘puja’ if regularly performed at such places help in keeping such ‘Brahma/ Kshatra-Tej’ always kindled at these places. If such ‘Tej’ is not kept kindled, these places would lose their radiance. Also, people going there for ‘darshan’ will get the benefit of radiance at these places provided it is always kept kindled. By performing ‘puja’, the ‘sattvikta’ of the national memorials is preserved. In fact, by performing ‘puja’ at these places, the national memorials will remain alive in real sense of the word. Why should devotees be deprived of performing ‘puja’ and Dharmacharan in temples on forts ? If the Government is really so concerned about security of these national memorials, it should allow ‘puja’ under police protection.

Pro-Hindu activists should realize that the Government has no right to destroy ‘sattvikta’ of national memorials and deprive us of Dharmacharan. Register protest with the Government and create awareness amongst Hindus and other pro-Hindu organizations on this issue ! Fight in a lawful manner, till the Government does not withdraw its decision !
