‘Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad’ is a voluntary organisation of nationalist and devout Hindu Advocates. Hindu Advocates drew inspiration from the ‘All India Hindu Convention’ organised by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and established this Parishad. The Parishad is working towards ensuring justice to the Hindus through legal means.
Mission of ‘Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad’
- Assistance to the society and protection of the Nation : Filing Public Interest Litigations (For example, against atrocities of Police, corruption, terrorism etc.)
- Protection of Dharma : Prevention of activities that are against Hindu Dharma (For example, ‘Love Jihad’, cow-slaughter, riots etc.)
Successes of HVP’s legal battles
- Established that Sanatan’s seekers are innocent in cases where they were falsely implicated on charges of so called Hindu terrorism
- Compelled the Pune Municipal Corporation to demolish an unauthorised mosque
- Mumbai High Court ordered the Goa Government to demolish illegal slums of Bangladeshi infiltrators on Motidongar in Margao, Goa
- Got (Retd.) Justice Bilal Nazki removed from the post of Chairman of Human Rights Commission of Maharashtra
- PIL was filed in the Supreme Court to invalidate Sachhar committee’s biased report
- Viththal Rukmini Temple got its 121.20 hectares of land ( which was devoted for pious reasons) back into possession and also got a full-time Deputy-Collector as a Chief Executive officer fot the administration of the temple
- Exposed the mis-deeds of Andhashraddha Nirmulan Samiti
- Compelled State Government to expedite preparations for upcoming Nashik Simhasth Kumbh Mela
Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad’s Petitions in the Courts
- PIL filed for getting compensation from rioters : The Maharashtra Government has begun the process of recovering Rs 2.75 crore from those responsible for the Azad Maidan riot

- PIL filed to abrogate the ‘Press Council Act 1978’ (An Act to establish a Press Council for the purpose of preserving the freedom of the Press and of maintaining and improving the standards of newspapers and news agencies in India) for removal of (Retd.) Justice Markandeya Katju from the post of Chairman of ‘Press Council of India’ for his anti-national demands
