Kanalada (Dist. Jalgaon, Maharashtra) : ‘Cow-slaughter, derision of Saints, conversions and westernization of Hindus is leading to trampling of our Dharma. Today, there are only 10 million cows in this country. Tomorrow, like dinosaurs even cow will become extinct and we may be able to see this animal only in pictures; therefore, create such awe that slaughtering of cows would be stopped in their area.’ This appeal was made by H. H. Nandkumar Jadhav of Sanatan Sanstha during Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha held on 1st February 2015 in ‘Adarsha Vidyalaya’. Shri. Vijay Patil, District Coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) also addressed the ‘sabha’ which was attended by more than 1500 devout Hindus.

H. H. Nandkumar Jadhav said that few Christian and Muslim families are re-converting to Hinduism whereas some selfish political parties and news channels have started opposing them. These political parties never raise objection when Hindus are converted; then why can’t they accept their re-conversions ? The Government grants permission for conversion programs held in churches and mosques; but why was it preventing programs of re-conversions in temples ?

More than 1500 devout Hindus attended this sabha

H. H. Nandkumar Jadhav first lighted the lamp and was felicitated by Shri. Mukesh Nhavkar of Jaibhavani Mitra Mandal; Shri. Vijay Patil was felicitated by Shri. Vijay Bhole. Shri. Narendra Patil explained about various activities undertaken by HJS. The other dignitaries attending the ‘sabha’ were Shri. Sunil Tayade, Sarpanch; Shri. Prabhakar Pawar, Regional Vice President of BJP; Shri. Bhokar, Shri. Shamkant Patil and other Hindutva-vadis.
