By Staff Reporter

Mumbai: On the occasion of ‘Mahashivaratri’, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) held photo-exhibition, in association with FACT, on terrorism and oppression of Hindus in Kashmir and Bangladesh at Tryambakeshwar Mahadeva Temple, Mahalakshmi. The exhibition was held during 5th to 7th March and was visited by about 2500 devotees and ‘jidnyasus’. A book exhibition was also held during this period by Sanatan Sanstha and Dharmajagruti Dnyanprabodhini Sanstha; books on spirituality protection of nation etc. were kept on exhibit. Shri. Chanchal Chaudhary of T. G. Trust extended special cooperation for setting up the book stall. Many people visiting the exhibition felt that there was need for Hindus to unite, they were not aware of such things happening in Kashmir to their Hindu brethren and showed interest in the activities of HJS. Some of them also gave their contact numbers.

Few Muslim youths had come for the exhibition in attire generally worn by Hindus. They argued with HJS members while watching the exhibition and said that such exhibition provokes communal feelings. (The whole world knows who is nurturing terrorists and terrorism. Even then, Muslims took the side of ‘jihadis’ and showed their hatred towards Hindus – Editor).

Some felt scared to see the exhibition. (What such Hindus would do if they go through the experience. The purpose of the exhibition is to awaken Hindus so that they do not have to face this situation and can fight terrorism – Editor)
