Christian schools are autonomous – Bombay Catholic Sabha

Mumbai: In the convent schools run by Christian missionaries, there are anti-Hindu rules like ban on girls for applying ‘kumkum’ on their foreheads or henna on their hands, not declaring holiday on Hindu festivals etc. Although the rules are against Hindu Dharma, they are formed and implemented by respective schools. Even in Muslim schools, it is compulsory for girls to wear a veil. Similarly, in case some Christian schools are enforcing students to wear clothes as per their instructions, the students have to follow as the schools are autonomous.

The above information was given in the press conference by Dolby D’souza, the president of ‘Bombay Catholic Sabha’, a Christian organization. (This is a systematic arrangement made by Christian schools to hammer anti-Hindu thoughts on students at such tender age. The Government is deliberately turning a blind eye towards the issue despite numerous agitations. As a result, Christians have now become bold enough to set anti-Hindu rules and claim that it is their right to form such rules. Hindus must realize that the Government is not successful in preventing such assaults on Dharma and therefore, they should come together and be prepared to fight back such assaults – Editor).

Dolby D’souza said, "There must be very few schools having anti-Hindu rules. I have not heard about any agitations against them (Selfish Hindus are used to look after only their personal interests and Christians took advantage of the situation. The matter has now gone beyond control! – Editor). The matter is not so important (If so, why Dolby D’souza held press cpnference for the same? – Editor). If such cases are found, they can be curbed with the help of laws. (On one hand, it is said that the schools are autonomous and on the other hand, it is said that such things can be banned with the help of law. It is the ploy of missionaries to misguide Hindus and it is going on for years – Editor).

D’souza also said that missionaries never force or lure anyone for conversion. (Christians have converted thousands of Hindus by denigrating their objects of worship. What does D’souza say about Christian missionaries distributing books, handbills at railway stations, bus-stops or door to door propagation and prayer meetings held in various places? One example of ‘Inquisition’ is enough to prove D’souza wrong – Editor). It is an illusion. Population of Christinas would not have gone down if that was so. Those, who have faith in Christianity, get converted at their free will."
