Temple management turns down Sanatan seekers’ help

Melbourne (Australia): Devotees are scared to go to the ‘Shiva Vishnu’ temple since a few youths harass and attack these devotees. In this connection, seekers of Sanatan Sanstha approached and offered to help the management of the temple but their offer was turned down by the management.

A news item regarding harassment of devotees going to the above temple in Australia was published in the ‘Dainik Sanatan Prabhat’ issue dated 16th March. Sanatan Sanstha’s local seekers contacted the temple management in the above context to offer some help if required; but the management gave a reason that the young boys, below the age group of 16 years, were involved in such things and the intention was not to disturb communal harmony. The management, moreover, advised the seekers that they need not make a hue and cry about such simple matter. (This incident shows that nobody is concerned and takes them seriously who try to protect religious sentiments of Hindus. It is the result of Hindu dominated India becoming secular. Hindus have no place to go – Editor). The temple management informed the seekers that they had reported the matter to the police and they would wait for police to take action. Sanatan seekers however, told them that they were offering to help as it was their duty towards Dharma and asked the management to take down their names and contact numbers in case of need.
