Hindus will oppose with all their might as the Government is going to grab gold from temples ! – Sambhaji Bhokare

Devout Hindus gathered for demonstrations under aegis of Rashtriya Hindu Andolan

Kolhapur (Maharashtra) : Hindu pandits were driven away from Kashmir; grabbing their wealth but the so-called secularists never opened their mouth. Hindus’ temples are in dilapidated condition but the Government and Archaeology Department does not feel the need for their repairs. Funds are immediately made available for repairs of mosques and durgahs.

If the Government is going to grab gold or money from Hindus’ temples, Hindus would oppose such move with all their might, was the frank opinion expressed by Shri. Sambhajirao Bhokare, Dy. District- Chief of Shiv Sena during demonstrations held at Shivaji Chowk on 19th April under auspices of ‘Rashtriya Hindu Andolan’.

Shri. Rajan Bunage of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) said, “Hindus are being given step-motherly treatment by police Administration by not allowing them to organize programs; by filing cases against Hindus after riots; by not taking action against minority people despite their hurting religious sentiments of Hindus. It is the result of addition of word ‘secular’ to Indian Constitution. This word which was originally not there in the Constitution but illegally added during emergency period, should be removed and appeasement of minorities should be stopped; besides immediately implementing Common Civil Code in this country.”

Members of HJS viz. Shri. Madhukar Nazare, Sou. Anita Bunage and Dr. Mansingh Shinde of Sanatan Sanstha also expressed their views on the occasion.

More than 30 devout Hindus including Shri. Chandrakant Barale, the District-President of ‘Hindu Ekata Andolan’, Shri. Satish Shinde of Shiv Sena, members of HJS viz. Shri. Shivanand Swami, Shri. Prasad Kulkarni, Sou. Sangita Kadukar participated in the demonstrations.
