Fight for establishment of Hindu Rashtra by squashing every kind of opposition ! – Kum. Megha Chavan
Ponda (Goa) : We should create such awe that nobody would dare to slaughter cow in our area. We should boycott films of those actors who disparage Hindu Dharma. There is opposition to ‘ghar-vapasi’ i.e. re-conversion of converted Hindus. Sou. Lata Dhavalikar was opposed for making statement in support of preservation of culture. We have to fight for establishment of Hindu Rashtra by squashing every such opposition. The above appeal was made by Kum. Megha Chavan, a seeker of Sanatan Sanstha during Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha (sabha) held at Shri. Mallikarjuna Mandir Hall, Aksan, Madakai, Goa.
Shri. Shivaprasad Joshi, the President of Hindu Mahasabha for Goa and Shri. Govind Chodankar of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) shared the dais with her. Shri. Chodankar and Shri. Joshi also addressed the ‘sabha’. The dignitaries arrived at the venue amidst acclamation. Conch was blown, Shri. Shivaprasad Joshi lighted the lamp; followed with recitation of ‘Veda-mantras’ by Shri. Rahul Vaze and Shri. Ambarish Vaze which purified atmosphere at the venue.
Shri. Raja Naik, a local devout Hindu felicitated the Brahmin-duo. Shri. Pandurang Kelu Gawade, another local devout Hindu welcomed Shri. Shivaprasad Joshi and Shri. Govind Chodankar. Sou. Kalpita Keshav Gawade welcomed Kum. Megha Chavan. Shri. Sanjeev Naik apprised the audience of activities undertaken by HJS. Shri. Ramchandra Teli, the organizer of this ‘sabha’ thanked everyone for extending help in making arrangements for the ‘sabha’. The ‘sabha’ was compeered by Shri. Rahul Vaze and Kum. Shambhavi Vaze.
Kum. Megha Chavan said, “One can develop qualities like Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj by ‘Dharmacharan (abiding by Dharma)’. All problems will be solved if Hindu Rashtra is established as was done by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. In Maharashtra, the State Government has taken over Hindus’ temples which has resulted in misappropriation of funds. Hindu Vidhidnya Parishada exposed such cases of fraud. Have you ever heard of Government taking over any mosque or a church ? Why the so-called secular Government interferes only in Hindus’ temples ?”
Shri. Shivaprasad Joshi said, “It is very unfortunate that few people were falling prey to activities of ‘Hindu believers’ in Goa out of their longing for money. We have to crush this conspiracy by hook or by crook. Nepal faced natural calamity as the country drifted away from Hindu Dharma. We should abide by Dharma so that we don’t have to face similar situation.”
