Rashtriya Hindu Andolan held at Nandurbar, Maharashtra

Nandurbar (Maharashtra) : The Central Government is planning to make use of gold donated by devotees in different temples, for improving its financial position. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) and other pro-Hindu organizations staged demonstrations under aegis of ‘Rashtriya Hindu Andolan’ on 16th May 2015, on the occasion of ‘International Yoga Day’, at 9.30 a.m. in ‘Deendayal Chowk’ demanding that the Central Government should not implement such anti-Hindu decision; besides opposing to removal of ‘Om’ from ‘Yoga-practice’ for exhibiting its pseudo-secularism.

Dr. Narendra Patil of HJS said that devotees should seriously think whether to allow the corrupt politicians to make use of temple-money. Sou. Nivedita Joshi said, “Parents should be vigilant towards wrong things shown on websites and should oppose to such things. Shri. Dilip Dhakane-Patil from VHP gave warning that removal of ‘Om’ from ‘Yoga-practice’ would never be tolerated by devout Hindus from Nandurbar district. A representation was submitted with District Collector’s office after demonstrations. Dr. Satish Bagul of HJS coordinated the demonstrations. Members of other pro-Hindu organizations viz. Shree Sampradaya, VHP, Yoga Vedanta Seva Samiti, Bajarang Dal, Shiva-Pratishthan, HJS, Sanatan Sanstha and various ‘vyayam-shalas (gymnasia)’ participated in the demonstrations.
