Give me a chance to participate with HJS: H. H. Rajendraswami

Belgum (Karnataka): "Mission of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) are drawing people towards its activities and their faith and love for the Samiti is increasing. As all campaigns undertaken by HJS are like mission undertaken by saints, I may be given a chance to participate in its activities. Give me a chance to work as an ordinary member and not just to give guidance from this platform. Give me some ‘seva’ everyday and I shall try to complete it,” said H. H. Murugh Rajendraswami as he addressed ‘Hindu Dharma Jagruti Sabha’ held on 4th May at Belgaum. Recently, S/Shri. Girish Kulkarni, Manjunath Shiralkar and Prakash Kambi of HJS called on Swamiji. He was presented the photographs of the meeting when he made the above statement.

H. H. Swamiji said further that the meeting was held in much disciplined manner. Every small detail was taken care of which resulted in success of the ‘sabha’. Considering the response of people, it is clear that the views of people towards HJS are positive. Later, H. H. Swamiji paid the subscription for Kannada weekly ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ and asked HJS members to start the periodical for the ashram.

Swamiji lost his grandmother on 4th May i.e. the day of the ‘sabha’; but he called up to ask whether he could still attend the meeting and leave immediately after his guidance. He then came from Gokak and attended the ‘sabha’ at 5.30 p.m. (Every Hindu must have such quality of earnestness with which every saint works towards protection of ‘Dharma’- Editor)
