Regional Hindu Adhiveshan held successfully at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh

Hindus should dedicate themselves to protection of nation, drawing inspiration from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj ! – Shri. Arvind Jain, Hindu Shaurya Jagaran Abhiyan

Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh) : Great personalities like Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, revolutionaries like Bhagat Singh and Savarkar should be always remembered by Hindus and taking inspiration from them, Hindus should dedicate themselves to activities related to establishment of Hindu Rashtra, was the appeal made by Shri. Arvind Jain of ‘Hindu Shaurya Jagaran Abhiyan (HSJA)’ during ‘Malwa regional Hindu Convention’ held at ISKCON Temple, Ujjain on behalf of HSJA and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS).

Acharya Jitendra Arya of Swadeshi Mandir, Ujjain, Shri. Arvind Jain and Shri. Kailash Sharma of HSJA, Pujya Radha Vinod Prabhuji of ISKCON and His Holiness Dr. Charudatta Pingale, all-India Guide of HJS lighted lamp in the beginning of the Convention; followed with Shri. Gajanan Kesakar of HJS explaining, in brief, the purpose behind organizing such Convention. Other dignitaries guided the participants on various subjects. Representatives of VHP, ‘Gou-seva Sansthan’, ‘Veer Savarkar Sansthan’, ‘Dharmajagaran Sansthan’, Arya Samaj, Hindu Mahasabha, ‘Narendra Modi Vichar Manch’, ‘Swami Vivekananda Vichar Manch’, ‘Bharat Raksha Manch’, ‘Rashtriya Ekata Manch’, ‘Gayatri Peetha’, ‘Vedic Upasana Peetha’; besides many thinkers, advocates etc. attended the convention.

Highlights : All newspapers gave good footage to news on press conference held on the occasion of Hindu Convention; as a result, devout Hindus from far off places like Nagda, Indore, Ratlam, Mandsaur etc. participated in the convention.

Resolutions passed during the convention

1. Reg. conversion of Hindus

a. The Central Government should pass stringent Act against conversion of Hindus taking place either by luring them or by force.

b. Hindus converted to other religions taking advantage of their poverty may be allowed to re-embrace Hindu Dharma if they are doing so willingly.     

2. Reg. cow-slaughter

a. Act imposing ban on cow-slaughter should be passed and effectively implemented all over the country.

b. Cows/ cattle may be declared as national animals.

c. Stringent restrictions may be imposed on breeding, import and nurturing of cows of foreign species.

3. Reg. love jihad

a. Permission of Government should be made compulsory for marriages of non-Hindus with Hindus. Property of those marrying without necessary permission may be attached.

b. Minimum notice of six months should be required for granting permission to Hindus for marrying non-Hindus after issue of public notice.

c. Even after marrying non-Hindu, Hindu young women should be able to seek justice under Hindu Marriage Act.

d. If a Hindu young woman marries a Muslim man, till 6 months after her marriage, her statement should be recorded every month in front of her family members and the Government. 

4. Reg. encroachments 

Stringent action should be taken against people who forcibly construct religious structures by encroaching upon land and action should be taken against Government officers who overlook such constructions despite encroachments.

Other resolutions

1. Ram-mandir should be built in Ayodhya.

2. Nepal should be declared as Hindu Rashtra.

3. Singing of ‘Vande Mataram’ should be made compulsory in all schools and colleges.
