Sanatan’s kid seeker Nivedita got the third prize for a Rangoli competition organised by the Bharatiya Janata Party Youth Wing, on the eve of Deepawali. The prize that she got was a Shri Ganesh Wallpiece! When the Chief Guest, BJP leader, Tushar Jadhav, handed over the prize to her, little Nivedita refused to accept the gift as it was disrespectful to her God, Shri Ganesh. Speaking to Shri Jadhav, little Nivedita said, "Deities should not be used for making such Wall-pieces. I have won this prize due to Lord Ganpati’s grace, how can I add to his disrespect, by buying this wall piece which dis-respects him? Lord Ganesh is God and not something we can sell".
Upon this, shri Jadhav asked her, "Then why are such wall-pieces kept in Shops?".
To this Nivedita’s mother, who was nearby said,"It is people like us who buy them, so they are kept there!"
Shri Jadhav realised his mistake and uttered the following word spontaneously, "Sanatan’s seekers always make us proud!"
