Saints from Satara ready to fight for protection of Dharma!

Ashadh Krushna Trutiya

Satara (Mharashtra): It has become difficult for Hindus to follow their traditions due to anti-religious activities of heretics. It is therefore, necessary to unite Hindu youth along with educating them through keertans and discourses. It is also necessary to be prepared to fight for protection of Dharma if time comes to stop anti-religious activities. The above resolve was made in a meeting of saints held here today at ‘Vaishnav Sadan’ in ‘Molacha Odha’. A separate meeting was also held only of saints for protection of Dharma followed with the earlier meeting.

If not united, everyone may have to go for circumcision – Pujya Dhareshwar Maharaj

Pujya Dhareshwar Maharaj said, “If we do not unite, in time, to prevent assaults on Dharma, everyone may have to go for circumcision. Even if our path of spiritual practice are different, our final goal is the same. Sant-peetha should be ready to consume ‘Halahal’ like Lord Shiva. Coordination within different Sects / groups should be increased. We have to work with an attitude of ‘we are not only owners but also workers’. It is necessary to come together for nationalism, religious concepts, preservation of Indian culture and to teach a lesson to heretics. Not only Dharmacharyas but also ‘Purohit’, ‘Keertankars’, ‘Maharaj’ etc. should also unite. This meeting has helped to speed up unity of saints. Mahatma Gandhi was preferred while preparing code of this country; but Swatantryaveer Sawarkar was ignored although he was a great nationalist and a staunch Hindu. The present condition of this country is the result of existing code.”

Unity is important to lead resolute life – Pujya Shivanand Maharaj

Pujya Shivanand Maharaj said, “For protection of self and objects of our faith, we need to unite as also maintain our identity. Sant-peeth should guide seekers to use the latent power in them. Saints should bring improvement in shortcomings in social system and politics. Those spreading misconceptions about Hindu culture and Dharma should be stopped on time. Everyone may undertake spiritual practice as per one’s own wish but come together to take the Government to task for assaults on Hindu Dharma. We have to carry on as per the guidance prescribed in Vedas and which is acceptable to all. There are cheats in every field and they are there even in religious field but it does not mean that the religious field is not good.

Be prepared to wedge a war against heretics – Pujya Bandataty Karadkar

Pujya Bandatatya Karadkar said, “It is good that all Dharmacharyas are forming a joint organization. It will have a good effect on heretics. Other Dharmacharyas should also be included in this organization to make it more expansive. Unfortunately, 90% of Hindus are not proud to be Hindus. Main political parties are against Hinduism. Now the efforts should not be limited to just creating awareness among people but it should also unite the youth to fight back assaults on Dharma. One should not forget that the saints too can take aggressive stand. Meetings should be conducted often to unite saints and devotees.” Congress is against Hindu Dharma. Socialists and communists are trying to eliminate Hindu Dharma, whereas BJP is using Dharma only for political gains. Shri. Rajaram Repal of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti welcomed everyone. Pujya Bandatatya Karadkar first performed ‘puja’ of the idol Sree Vitthal. Introduction was made by HBP. Balasaheb Maharaj whereas HBP. Sapte Maharaj concluded the program.

The meeting was organized by Warakari Mandal.
