Illegal boards of MIM removed from Parvati (Pune) area

Commendable act of Shri. Shailendra Dixit, Vice President of ‘Hindu Ekata Andolan’, Pune

Pune  – Two boards were displayed by fanatic party viz.  MIM in Parvati area of Pune city. Shri. Shailendra Dixit, Vice President of ‘Hindu Ekata Andolan’, Pune city contacted Shri. Vijay Landge, Assistant Commissioner of Sahakarnagar Regional Office and inquired whether permission was granted to this party by Municipal Corporation for display of boards. When he was informed that permission was not granted, Shri. Dixit followed up the matter with regional officers and forced removal of illegal boards. (Despite warning given by High Court about disfiguring of cities through display of such boards, PMC is guilty of allowing such illegal display. Why do citizens have to follow up such matters ? Why the Government – Administration does not remove illegal boards and take action against the concerned ? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

Shri. Dixit said, “Matter of removing illegal boards had to be followed up with officers several times and finally, on 23rd June, the boards were removed. Such illegal boards are being put up in different parts of the city; therefore, a complaint will be lodged against officers who are not paying attention to such illegal boards.”
