New Delhi: Vishva Hindu Parishad had given a call for the “Chakka Jam” programme on 13th August, all over Bharat in support of the agitation led by the Amarnath Sangharsha Samiti.

The flared up emotions of the Hindu society can be judged from the tremendous support that this programme received from the general public in every region of Bharat. The public did the “ Chakka jam” programme in more than 6190 places in all the regions of Bharat from Gujarat to Assam and from J&K to Tamilnadu.

In Kerala tonight, separately, demonstrations will be held in a few thousand Panchayats and villages and towns to express solidarity with the Hindus in Jammu & Kashmir.

All over Bharat, more than 5,50,000 people participated in this historic agitation programme. The UPA central government is bungling from one issue to another, on the way insulting, hurting Hindu Dharmik sentiments like in the Ramsetu issue as well as Amarnath Yatra issue.

As the numbers are still pouring in from all over Bharat, the extent of this ‘Chakka Jam’ agitation programme will be seen to be much bigger than what it seems today. All the states like West Bengal, Kerala, Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Assam, Orissa, Punjab, Hariyana, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Jharkhand etc have responded tremendously and with emotion to the atrocities and insults heaped on the Hindu society in Jammu & Kasmir during the long agitation that is going on to restore the land lease to the Amarnath Shrine Board.
