Hindu organizations take part in ‘Rashtriya Hindu Andolan’ held at Varanasi

Demand to impose ban on anti-Hindu film ‘Mohalla Assi’

Varanasi : Demonstrations were held at ‘Shastri Ghat, Varuna’ bridge on 14th July 2015 under the aegis of ‘Rashtriya Hindu Andolan’ demanding imposition of ban on anti-Hindu film ‘Mohalla Assi’ since there is denigration of Bhagwan Shiva and Kashi, Hindus’ place of pilgrimage and for cancellation of 50% hike in bus-fare implemented by Telangana Government for ‘Godavari Pushkar Yatra’.

Many pro-Hindu organizations participated in the demonstrations.

Later, a representation was submitted to additional District Magistrate Shri. Surendra Datta Singh. Shri. Manish Pandeya, regional Vice President of ‘Hindu Yuva Vahini’, its City-President Shri. Ambarish Singh, ‘Bharat Vikas Parishada’s Vice President Dr. Ajaykumar Jaiswal, ‘Kendriya Deva-Deepavali Mahasamiti’s President, Shri. Vishal Aundhkar, BJP’s District Vice President Shri. Nalin Modi, Shri. Ranjitkumar Ravat of RSS, Shri. Vivekananda Brahmachari of ‘Prerana Ekata Manch’, Shri. Deep Narayan Tiwari, Vice President of State Employees’ Joint Union, Shri. Anurag Maurya, Coordinator of ‘Matrubhoomi Jana Seva Sansthan’ and Shri. Rajan Kesari of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti participated in the demonstrations; other than advocate Shri. Kamalesh Chandra Tripathi, advocate Shri. Arunkumar Maurya, Shri. Rhuday Narayan Dwivedi, Shri. Rajesh Tiwari, Shri. Madhavkumar Pandeya and Shri. Santosh Mishra also participated.

Highlights

1. Media-persons were invited by Shri. Manish Pandeya, and Shri. Ambarish Singh of ‘Hindu Yuva Vahini’ for covering news at the venue of demonstrations.

2. Advocates from Varanasi took out time to join demonstrations spontaneously.

3. Shri. Deep Narayan Tiwari of State Employees Joint Union took part when he read about it in that day’s newspaper.

4. Advocate Shri. Kamalesh Chandra Tripati when learnt about demonstrations, informed his friends by calling them up over phone as also through ‘Whats Ap’.
