Jalgaon (Maharashtra) : Demand against the Central Censor Board’s dissolution has been made on number of occasions for its issuing certificate of release to films denigrating Deities but no action is being taken.

The Government will, therefore, be responsible for people’s outbreak, warned Hindutvavadi Shri. Rahul Otari while addressing demonstrators during demonstrations held under aegis of ‘Rashtriya Hindu Andolan’ at Jalgaon.

The ‘andolan’ was held for demands like films denigrating Hindu Deities, Saints must be banned and all work related to ‘Simhastha Parva’ should be promptly completed. Shri. Mohan Tiwari of Shiv Sena, Shri. Anil Deshmukh, municipal councilor of BJP, activists of Bajarang Dal, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and Sanatan Sanstha participated in the agitation, along with devout Hindus.

Many people opposed to film ‘Mohalla Assi’; even Shankaracharya objected to the film; but no action has been taken; therefore, now people should boycott such film.
