Breathtaking: Goddess Kali appears on the Empire State building in NYC

In an awe-inspiring display of artwork, goddess Kali was projected on the iconic Empire State Building in New York recently.

The portrait of the goddess of destruction and resurrection was designed by artist Android Jones. The spectacular display was aimed at creating awareness about ecological imbalances and massive wildlife extinction.

The artwork, titled Projecting Change and organised by filmmaker Louie Psihoyos, ended with an appeal to the masses to take up the cause of to conservation.

It also featured Cecil the lion and other endangered animals.
