Hindu Janajagruti Samiti has filed PIL in Mumbai High Court as Hindu Janajagruti Samiti’s website www.Hindujagruti.org has been blocked by various ISPs including AirTel. After first hearing of the case, the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has written a letter to AirTel (which is reproduced below) :
As stated in the above letter, DoT has said that it had blocked HJS website as per letter on 19.8.2012 and then site was unblocked by them on 17.12.2012
Similarly after complaint by a visitor of HJS website, BSNL has provided answer as given below :
