HJS activists collecting plastic national flags in ‘Sanman’ box

Satara : On 15th August, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) undertook a drive to maintain honour of national flags at ‘Moti Chowk’ which received good response from local citizens. College students were explained about prevention of abuse of national flags after which they wiped the ‘tricolors’ drawn on their faces and promised not to abuse national flags in such manner, in future. Flags displayed in shops, on walls were removed by the sellers after knowing the subject and handed them over to HJS activists.

After celebration of Independence Day, plastic and paper national flags are found thrown on roads and at other places. Shri. Chavan had issued order to collect such flags to maintain honour of national flags. Shri. Vinayak Patange, Shri. Umesh Gandhi and Shri. Arun Shinde of Hindu Mahasabha were present on the occasion. Activities undertaken towards protection of Nation by HJS are quite inspiring. (Congratulations to HJS for preventing abuse of national flags ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
