Case filed against anti-Hindus for defaming Swami Amritanand

Mumbai: IBN7 and India TV showed news that  Swami Amritanand suspect arrested in the Malegaon bomb blasts possess vulgar video clips on his laptop. (We don’t have to tell what would happen if they show same news about some Christen and Muslim leader – Editor) In this context an affidavit is filed by legal advisor of Swami Amritanand, advocate Shri Navin Chomal in MOCCA court against the police and also against these channels for showing defaming news. (Dear Hindus put embargo on such TV channels who are defaming our saints and sagas – Editor)

These TV channels (IBN7 and India TV) showed exaggerated news like – Swami Amritanand has illegitimate relations with lot of women, also he has relations with widows and he created video clips of the same. (Because of the spineless behavior of Hindus, anybody is daring to defame our sacred place. To change this situation revolution is necessary – Editor)

In the affidavit advocate Chomal mentioned that there is no truth in these news. Because of the inhuman behavior with the accused arrested they are getting sympathy from the people. So police want to defame Swami Amritanand by hook or crook to decline respect of the society towards Hindus saints. Since Hindus are tolerant; Hindu saint are being defamed, but would police dare to do same behavior with other religions? is also asked in the affidavit. (Shame on the congress government who doesn’t even have sensibility to do the bomb blast enquiry impartially. And now congress is doing politics in such a sensitive case. We need to throw congress government out of power in this coming election. – Editor)

Till the date charges are fixed on the accused arrested, the evidences can not be disclosed anywhere else then the court. Even these charges are not disclosed to the accused. And if this is the case, then who is the police officer who informed media about the so called vulgar files in the laptop of Swami Amritanand. Justice Y.D.Shinde has accepted the petition and hopefully there is chance of argument in the next hearing. Advocate Chomal told to Sanatan Prabhat’s reporter that IBN7 and India TV will have to tell the court how they get ‘this’ information or else they will have to accept that is was all made up story. Also if any police office find guilty in this case, then court will have to take action against him. Swami Amritanand is been send to police custody till 16 December.
