Mumbai: Only recently the division bench of the Supreme Court of Bharat had remarked,’ Even if the God descends down to Bharat, He will not be able to transform the country. Bharat has lost its character. We are helpless.’ Bharatiya citizens are experiencing this over the last many years. There is no true justice. It does not have any time limit and when one gets the justice then it is not executed meticulously. The result is that even when you get the justice, it is in vain. Such is the state of judiciary. If such current state of judiciary remains unchanged then the future of the country is in jeopardy. Therefore it has become necessary that the Nation lover citizens should come together to change the picture. Those who want to come forward for this cause, HJS has started an open platform by name ‘Nyayalayin Anyay Nivaran Samiti’ (NANS) (comittee for fight against the judicial injustice). This was told by Advocate Ramdas Kesarkar in a press conference held at ‘Mumbai Marathi Patrakar Sangh’, Mumbai.

On this occasion Shri. Ramesh Shinde, HJS spokes person for Maharashtra and Advocate Subhash Nalawde were also present. Shri. Shivaji Vatkar is going to be NANS chief coordinator for the State of Maharashtra. Adv. Kesarkar said further, ‘The police do not register the case of complaintant. They do not submit the charge sheet for years together. They even try to defend the accused. They try to help the criminals by keeping some flaws in the investigations. Such police can not be called as Rakshak (Saviour) of people but need to given a title of Bhakshak (Eater). The common man cannot afford the exorbitant fees of the advocates and other court expenses. It is even seen often that the advocate does not try to correctly put forward the case of his client. All these factors cause the majority of the people feel cheated from the actual justice. As of today there are about 3 crore lawsuits pending in various courts of Bharat. In spite of pending of such massive number of cases there are 2673 posts of Judges to be filled in lower, High and Supreme courts combined together. The judicial system still uses some obsolete acts prepared during the British period. Therefore there is a saying in Marathi language which means that the wise man should never climb the steps of court! The situation today is so serious that if we do not finish the injustice in the current judicial system then it is very likely that it will finish us. The average person suffers injustice because of corrupt police, lawyers and judges." While describing the role of the NANS , Advocate Subhash Nalawade said,” Even though everybody is affected by injustice, the Hindus are the people who are affected most. When Justise Sujata Manohar ordered that the prayer houses which were besides footpaths be removed, the administration and police were very prompt in destroying Hindu temples citing the court’s order but they were helpless in doing so for the prayer houses belonging to other religions. This is frank injustice to Hindus. I am a practicing lawyer for last 22 years and have seen so many cases of such injustice. Therefore now I have decided to work fulltime in NANS and fight against injustice. "Shri. Ramesh Shinde informed the newsmen about the topic of press conference at the start of the meet. Shri. Shivaji Vatkar said," HJS has conducted many campaigns and by grace of God many of them have been successful. The current undertaking of the Samiti will be similarly successful.” The HJS has said that if anybody who feels that he is subjected to injustice then he can contact the local coordinator of NANS Shri Suresh Sawant on Mobile No. 9322278965.

The press conference was attended by representatives of MarathiNews Papers ‘Samana’, ‘Kokanshakti’,’Navshakti’,’Gaonkari’,’Vishvasamrat’,’Samrat’,’Ratanagiri Times’, ‘Mumbai Lakshadeep’, ‘Tejasvi Maharashtra’, Gujrathi Dailies ‘Janmabhumi’, English Dailies ‘Hindustan Times’ and the following TV channels namely ‘Sahyadri ‘channel (Marathi), ‘E-Marathi’, ‘NMTV’, Hindi Channels ‘Mahua TV’, ‘C TV’, ‘Zee News’, Hindievening Daily ‘Khabare Aaj Tak’, ‘Dopahar’ and also the representatives of UNI news agency.
