Ichalkaranji (Maharashtra): The 7000 Hindus present for the Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha held here on Gymnasium Grounds resolved unanimously to defend the Nation and Dharma.

The Hindus of the ‘cloth city’ here today fluttered the flag of Hinduism in the Sabha organised by HJS. Currently the dire state of Nation and Dharma has reached its nadir and this has threatened the independence and sovereignty of the country and the very existence of Hindus. To pull the Nation and Dharma out of this mess there is no other alternative but awakening of Hindus and their unity. The Sabha was organised with this objective in mind.

On this occasion dignitaries present on the dais were Jagadguru Ramanandacharya Sri Shridharacharya Maharaj, Mathadhipati of Asharfi Bhavan, Ayodhya; Sadguru Santosh alias Baal Maharaj, Shri. Ramesh Shinde of HJS, Dr. Narendra Date of Sanatan Sanstha and Shri. Vinay Panvalkar of Dharmashakti Sena. The Sabha began with Vedic Mantra chanting by Vedmurty Dattatreya Nigudkar and his disciples. The lamp was then lighted by the present dignitaries. The compeering was done by Shri. Ashutosh Kulkarni while thanksgiving was done by Advocate Sau. Seema Mandhana. The Sabha concluded with singing of National song ‘Vande Mataram’ by Sanatan’s lady seeker Ms. Aditi Dhawle.

Speeches of Dignitaries

Sadhana (Spiritual Practice) is the very foundation of the mission of Dharmajagruti – Dr. Narendra Date, Sanatan Sanstha

The Dharmacharan is necessary to destroy extreme apathy currently seen in society. However Sadhana is essential for following Dharmacharan. The failures experienced by various Pro-Hindu organisations in their campaigns are because of lack of foundation of Divine presence. Therefore Sadhana is the very foundation of the mission of Dharmajagruti. Besides since the factors like personality defects, ego is the obstacles in the path of Hindu unity, efforts are needed for their removal.

We should ourselves fight against the injustice done to us! – Shri. Vinay Panvalkar, Dharmashakti Sena

Common people only lost their lives in the recent terrorist attack on Mumbai and the riots in Dhule. Looking at the things happening in the society the lives of Hindus have become highly insecure. In such a insecure atmosphere Hindus themselves have to fight against the injustice done to them but self defense training is needed for that. The self defence training will then make them mentally and spiritually strong. The Dharmashakti Sena is founded with the same objective.

Hindus should take the torch of revolution in their hands! – Shri. Ramesh Shinde, HJS

How can a religion who teaches, ‘Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam’ (whole world is my family) be proponent of terrorism? Hindus now need to take torch of revolution in their hands instead of silently protesting by taking out rally of lighted candles as they did to protest against the terrorist attack of 26th November. They should have the example of Hindus of Amarnath. In the text book prescribed for the seventh standard by NCERT the 60 pages are devoted to Mughal history while information about Shivaji Maharaj is given in only six lines and there is no mention of Maharana Pratap. This is an example of wide spread hatred against Hindus. If the Government does not any action against this then HJS will start an agitation.

Bajarang Dal’s Shri. Santosh Hattikar said," I am getting goose-bumps on looking at Dharma Rath. Feel like not leaving the place of Sabha!"
