‘Satsang’ by HJS at Bhavani Mandir, Chennai during Navaratri

Chennai : Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) held a ‘satsang’ in Shri Bhavani Mandir, Kolathur on 20^th October during Navaratri festival. Sou. Sugandhi Jaikumar of HJS spoke on the topic of ‘Importance of Dharmacharan’. She explained the spiritual importance of Navaratri festival, ‘kumkumarchan’ and Deepavali; so also ill effects of crackers.

Highlights

1. The temple priests requested HJS activists to hold ‘satsangs’ even on following 2 days till Dassera on learning about the topic.   
2. About 70 people attended the ‘satsang’.
3. The temple management has requested HJS to hold ‘satsang’ once in a month considering the response of the devotees.
