It’s not the duty of only Hindus to uphold secularism ! – Shankaracharya Swami Narendranand Saraswati Maharaj

New Delhi : Nobody should be under illusion that it is the duty of only Hindus to uphold and maintain secularism in this country. The responsibility of maintaining secularism should be taken up by people of all religions staying in this country. Hindus are expected to be tolerant and non-Hindus keep on attacking seats of worship of Hindus. Such things will not be tolerated in future. Those, who are making false accusations that Hindus have become intolerant, should understand that their existence will be in danger when Hindus really become intolerant. The above firm views were expressed by Shankaracharya Swami Narendranand Saraswati Maharaj.

Two days Hindu ‘Sansad’ was organized on behalf of pro-Hindu organizations viz. ‘Hindu Swabhiman’, ‘Sanskrutik Gaurav Sanstha’ and ‘Akhand Bharat Morcha’ at Mawalankar Hall of Constitution Club on the topic of ‘India treading on the path of ‘Islamization’ and Hindus keeping mum’. Many Saints, Mahants and pro-Hindu activists participated in this seminar from all over the country. It may be mentioned here that Hindus coming from Pakistan also narrated their problems. Shankaracharya said, “It is very unfortunate that in a country where Hindus are in majority, Hindus’ sentiments are being trampled. Today, cows are killed in this country only to challenge Hindus.”

Yati Baba Narasimhanand Saraswati Maharaj who attended the ‘Sansad’ said, “Population of people who are considered to be minority in this country, is multiplying very fast. BJP Government must pass a stringent law for keeping control over growing population.” This demand of Maharaj was unanimously supported by all participants.

Love jihad and cow-slaughter may become causes of internal strife if Govt. fails to take action in time !- advocate Chetana Sharma, President- Hindu Swabhiman

The society which fails to protect its women, mothers, sisters, daughters, gets destroyed. Today, life of several Hindu girls is spoilt through love jihad. If the Government does not find solution to these problems in time, it could lead to internal strife in this country.

Acharya Dharmendra, Mahamantri of ‘Juna Aakhaadaa’ Swami Narayan Giri Maharaj, former BJP MLA B. L. Sharma, Shri. Suresh Chavanke, Editor of pro-Hindu TV news channel ‘Sudarshan’, main convener of Hindu Sansad Vinod Sarvodaya and other Hindutvavadis participated in the ‘Sansad’.
