Protest against anti-Hindu movie ‘Slumdog Millionaire’

Muzaffarpur (Bihar): Under the guidance of Hindu Janjagruti Samiti, various pro-Hindu  and spiritual organisations  recently came together for submitting a resolution demanding the ban on movie ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ to District Information and Public Relation Officer. (Congratulations to the proud Hindus and Pro-Hindu organizations of Muzaffarpur who came together to demand a ban on such a movie causing defamation of our Nation and Hindu Dharma! – Editor)

Shri Amiya Bhushan who is a RSS activist here took all the information needed about the movie ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ from the activists of HJS and later arranged a meeting at Bharat Seva Ashram. The meeting was attended by office bearers and members of various Hindu organisations. All the pro-Hindus present in the meeting then unanimously decided to submit a resolution protesting against ‘Slumdog Millionaire’. Accordingly Dr Vyasnandan Shastri, Mantri, Arya Samaj; Sri Amarendra Kumar Tiwari , Secretary of Param foundation; Shri Avadh Kishor Bharatiya , Yoga Trainer of Patanjali Yog Peeth;Shri Sujoy Maharaj Bramhachari of Bharat Seva Ashram; Shri Rajeev Sinha of Sanatan Sanstha; Shri Mukesh Kumar of HJS; Founder President of Vande Mataram P.H.K.Parashar; District Minister of VHP Shri Devendra Vidyarthi; Shri Ganesh Prasad Singh , Sanghtan Mantri of Sanskar Bharati;and also the office bearers of such organizations like Art of Living, Jagadguru Krupalu Parishad, RSS and VHP were present on the occasion. Since the District Collector was not available,the resolution was submitted to District information and Public Relations Officer. He assured the activists of forwarding it to the concerned officer after studying all the points about the movie.
