Dharmveer Sambhaji Maharaja’s biography is being distorted: – Shahir Yogesh’s distress

Sangavi (Pune): Is it possible that Sambhaji Maharaj was an addict, coward, womanizer as has been described when he had imbibed ‘sanskars’ from Jijabai herself and Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj? Historical evidence of Sambhaji Maharaj who was free from any addictions, cultutred, warrior, is distorted, Shahir Yogesh expressed his distress while addressing the gathering. Shri. Ramesh Shinde, spokes person of Hindu Janjagruti Samiti (HJS) was also there. The said programme was held in Nrusinh High School, Shitole, Nagar, Sangavi, District Pune at 7 pm. In the beginning of the programme a garland was put on the Picture of Dharmaveer Sambhaji Maharaj followed by a ‘Powada’ (song) describing life of Sambhaji Maharaj. Shahir Yogesh and Ramesh Shinde were felicitated by HJS by presenting a picture of Sriram and a Sword respectively. Sambhaji Maharaj was the only one to win 128 battles. Shahir narrated many incidents from Sabhaji Maharaj’s life giving proof about an incident at the time of his death. Later he gave a ‘Call’ to all the people there to remain alert not to have any recurring incident. Shri. Ramesh Shinde said, that there was no much difference between the situations during Shivaji Maharaj’s period and now. When History of the Nation, Dharma and culture is destroyed the decline of a Nation is not too far! This is what being tried through distortion of History. Hostory of Sambhaji Maharaj is missing in History book. Attempt is made to demoralize the students. Hence Hindus should wake up now. Sou. Vidya Sadul sang ‘Vande Mataram’ before concluding the programme. Kum. Anuradha Lokhande and Shri. Sushant Deshmukh compered.

• Proud Hindus from Dharmashikshan class arranged by HJS had organized the programme.
• ‘Fact’ exhibition comprising pictures of ‘Horrifying Truth behind Terrorism’ and Sanatan’s Granths too were displayed.
• Request by school teachers to hold the exhibition for school children.   

Dharmveer Sambhaji Maharaja’s Martyr’s Day celebrated in Sanpada   

Navi Mumbai: Shri. Raju Patil, Coordinator of HJS from Sanpada said that youth should have the ideal of Dharmveer Sambhaji Maharaj who never compromised on Dharma even at the cost of his life. Various organizations from Sanpada present there gave a call to unite on this day. Activists from Warkari Sampraday, Shivsena, Manase, Shivtej Mitra Mandal etc. were present on this occasion.

Fanatic Aurangjeb killed Sambhaji Raja very cruelly. They tried to lure him before torturing him; but he never gave in. This made him great, said Shri. Patil. Shri. Visaji Loke, Shivsena, Shri. Suresh Kanabi of Manase, Shri. Anil Shilkar and others were present. Banner having Smbhaji Maharaj’s Name was decorated by a garland.
