Protest against anti-Hindu painter M.F.Hussain
Mumbai: Anti-Hindu artist MF Hussain’s son Owais Hussain is gearing up to produce a film on his father and has reportedly roped in Hrithik Roshan to play the lead role. The project has been through a long planning process and is now ready to hit the floors.
Owais said, “It is a full-on musical but isn’t in the conventional biographical format. The film will shed light on some of the lesser known aspects of my father’s life and bring out the more humane aspect of his personality.”
Bollywood heartthrob Hrithik Roshan will reportedly play the lead role in the flick. Explaining his decision, Owais said, “Hrithik has the right gravity and intensity. He also has the voice and the bearing for the part.”
Reports reveal that none other than AR Rahman has been approached to compose the film’s songs and background score.
