Denigration of Lord Krushna in paper dated 23 March 2009

Eenadu daily news paper dated 11th April 2009,have denigrated Lord Krishna using for political news, He has shown Sri Krishna holding black gadha in his hand & wearing a spectacle with the face of a Telugu fim industry producer Allu Arvind, and Arjuna is shown as the PRP(Prajarajyam Party)leader Chiranjeevi,taking guidance from Allu Arvind.

the write up in the cartoon is “Arjuna wake up, you destroy the shatru Sena & i will destroy our own sena(Meaning destroying the candidates in Prajarajyam Party)”

The above news is given in connection with the political news of PRP(Praja Rajyam Party)as the relation between Allu arvind & Chiranjeevi is as that of Sri Krishna & Arjuna so Sridhar(cartoonist) has used that in degrading the party internal issues at the same time he has Denigrated Lord Krishna & Arjuna.

(Will Sridhar ever dare to draw mohommad Paigamber or Jeasus ? When he doesn’t know what ‘shastra’ Sree Krushna holds in his hand & do ever Sree Krushna wear spectacles & how can he dare use any face in place of Sree Krushna ? Sarcastic discussion about the latest elections in India between SriVishnu and Srilakshmi devi. The new Avatar is like a ‘Voter’

Generally God will gift to devotees but now a days people are showering gifts on God. Devotees (politicians) are offering TV sets and Rs. 100/- notes to ‘God’ to get peoples vote bank.

Politicians swear on god at the time of taking oath. But afterwards they argue that Ramasetu is not built by Srirama, Vijayawada Durga mata unable to protect herself from duplicate ornaments.

Srilakshmi devi dissapontingly expresses that ‘You Gents never give importance to women. From so many yugas I am doing your seva, at the time of ‘Gagendra moksha’ you went suddenly without telling me and you have not asked me a single suggestion before giving any gift to devotees. Yatha Deva Tatha Bhakta !

Lakshmi devi : In Tirumala temple due to high recommendations for special darshna at late hour, people not allowing us (Srivishnu & Srilakshmi devi) to take rest. By first offering a pair of silk sarees and Dhoti and pearls shower on head, people are thinking that god will pardon all their wrong doings.

Narada : For all types of ill-deeds people are using the the name of god.

SriVishnu : Explained the reasons for his various Avatars, and he asks Narada that what to do next to punish the corrupt politics in the world.

Narada : Requests Srivishnu to take Eleventh Avatar as a voter with the weapon ‘BALLOT’ to safe guard the interest of all mankind.

Immediately Srilakshmi devi stops the Padaseva and forces Srivishnu to take the eleventh avatar.

We all know that Eenadu may be non-believer of God but you have no business of drawing cartoon of a divine form held in high esteem and respected by all Hindus . We are sure that you will not dare to show Mohmad Paigambar or Jeasus and denigrate like Hindu Deities Lord Krushna.

We hope you are aware that it is your constitutional duty not to hurt sentiments of any community and according IPC code 298,295,295A hurting religious sentiments is an offence. This type of publicity will definitely affect your readership as Hindus will boycott your newspaper.

In view of above you are requested to give an immediate apology for this mockery.
