Jalgaon (Maharashtra): Justice is either not done correctly, or if done, it is not timely done, if done timely, it is not implemented properly; in short, even if justice is done, it is of not much use. This is the present position experienced by people. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has, therefore, set up a committee called ‘Committee for Prevention of Judicial Injustice (CPJI)’ to change this scenario. The above information was given by Shri. Vinay Panwalkar of Dharma-shakti Sena in a press conference held here.

In the press conference held at 12.00 noon here at ‘Damodar Niwas’ in Draupadi Nagar, advocates S/Shri. Madhusudan Muzumdar, Rajendra Vanjari, Shri. Deepak Chaudhary, contact person of CPJI for Jalgaon and Shri. Joglekar of HJS spoke on the issue. The press conference was attended by advocate Shri. Govind Tiwari and representatives of daily newspapers like ‘Saamna’, ‘Jana-shakti’, ‘Punya-nagari’ etc.

Advocate Mazumdar said, “Anyone against whom legal injustice is done, can lodge a complaint with the Committee and CPJI would try to help that person free of cost. Advice will be given on any matter related to cases like civil, criminal matters or involving Mamledar’s office, Labour Court, Consumer Forum etc.”

An appeal was made that anyone who has suffered injustice through corrupt police, advocates and judges and any advocate interested in this mission may approach CPJI.
