‘Warakari’s doubts regarding Anti-Faith Act would be clarified’

Vaishakh Shuddha Chaturdashi

Mumbai: It was informed by Chandrakant Handore, minister for Social Justice Department that members of Joint Review Committee (JRC) will be shortly, meeting all warakaris and dveotees at Pandharpur to clarify their doubts on anti-superstition Bill so that the Bill pending in Legislative Council can be passed. (When warakaris, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and other Hindu Organizations have already made their stand clear by holding agitations against passing the above mentioned Bill, why is the Government, at the instance of Andha-Shraddha Nirmulan Samiti (ANS) raking up the issue again. Warakaris must express their severe opposition to passing the Bill and make the Government withdraw the Bill! – Editor)

He said further, “Legislative Asembly has passed this Bill which was referred to JRC after it was presented in Legislative Council. JRC is, however, yet to submit its report. The meeting between JRC members and warakaris got postponed due to the issues of Dow Chemicals and matter related to Dr. Anand Yadav cropping up in the meantime. ANS is insisting that the Bill should be passed at the earliest.” (All Hindus must unite against passing the demonic Bill to obviate the attack on Hindu Dharma! – Editor)
