Panvel (Maharashtra): Had Swatantryaveer Savarkar been the first Prime Minister of this country, the problems faced by the country due to Gandhi family would not have been created. The brood of terrorists and anti-national Muslims would have been eliminated. Savarakar would have crushed enemy attacks. The above views were expressed by Shri. Durgesh Parulkar, a profound scholar of life history of Swa. Savarkar.
Shri. Parulkar was the chief speaker in a program organized by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) on the occasion of 125th birth anniversary of Swa. Savarkar to pay homage to the great sacrifice made by him for freedom of this country and to motivate today’s youth from his life history. The program was held at Gokhale Hall.
Shri. Parulkar said further, “Swa. Savarkar guided Hindus as Sree Krushna guided Arjuna through ‘Geeta’. There was ‘Kshatra-tej’ as also ‘Brahmatej’ in him. Had he guided the youth as prime minister of this country, our young generation would have been truly inspired. When the present prime minister starts talking, unfortunately youth goes into depression. Savarkar would have immediately executed traitors. He would have trained youth in weaponry and trained them to protect our country. The national anthem would have been ‘Vande Mataram’ instead of ‘Jana Gana Mana’ and he would have made even Muslims and Christians sing the same.
In this program, while speaking on the topic “Need of ‘Dharma’-education for Hindus”, Shri. Abhay Vartak said, “Savarkar had said that the country needed men who can fire bullets rather than men who receive firing. Hindus should do something for protection of Dharma instead of waiting for God to incarnate. It is very unfortunate that we say ‘Jai Ho’ even when there are serious problems like suicides, crimes, rapes etc. faced by the country. Hindus have to therefore, follow the path of righteousness to change the scenario.”
Shri. Shivaji Vatkar, district coordinator of HJS for Mumbai, Thane and Raigad felicitated H. H. Pande Maharaj on behalf of HJS. The program started with a song written by Swa. Savarkar ‘Jayostu te….’ and ended with singing of ‘Vande Mataram’. There were about 500 people who attended the program.
Slogans hailing ‘Swa. Savarkar’ and ‘Vande Mataram’ were raised during the program.
Appeals made by Shri. Durgesh Parulkar to Hindus!
- Undertake activities towards protection of Dharma and Nation like Sanatan Sanstha and HJS!
- Develop political vision!
- Prepare your own manifesto!
