Jyeshtha Shuddha Ekadashi
Sambhajinagar (Maharashtra): In the issue of a Marathi daily newspaper ‘Dainik Loksatta’ dated 30th May 2009, half page advertisement has been published of Believers’ Church. (It is a known fact that advertisements published by Christians are meant for attracting Hindus. Even then ‘Loksatta’ has published the same for financial gains. We, therefore, condemn ‘Dainik Loksatta’! – Editor) It has been claimed in the advertisement that ‘Believers’ Church’ offers service to downtrodden and poor section of society. (Why should one advertise about serving the poor? Is it to attract Hindus for conversion? – Editor)
The advertisement says that Believers Church undertakes various schemes for the downtrodden, poor and destitute people from society through their Nagpur Centre. (The supreme Hindu Dharma says that one should not disclose offerings made or service offered to anyone; whereas fanatic Christians tell the whole world about their smallest donation. The purpose of a Hindu making such offerings is to achieve spiritual progress and become virtuous but donation or service offered by Christians is for the evil purpose of converting the whole world. Such difference is therefore, bound to exist! – Editor)
It has been mentioned in the advertisement that there are more than 550 churches in Central India and more than 45,000 devotees working for the cause. (Hindus must realize that most of these so-called 45,000 devotees were originally Hindus. These missionaries have converted them and making them work. Hindus should study their Dharma and even teach other Hindus so that they can bring back such converted Hindus in mainstream and prevent conversions in future! – Editor)
Bishop M A Lalchan of Believers Church for Central India says in the advertisement that Believers support development of villages and works for unity of the entire nation. (During elections, they advise to vote for those who look after welfare of Christians and here, they claim that they work for unity of this country! – Editor)
