Many Hindus felicitated on Valour Day including HJS members

Pune (Maharashtra): Swatantrayveer Savarkar had attempted a historical ‘jump’ from the ship at Marseilles that has completed 99 years on 8 July 2009. In order to commemorate the Day Valour Day (Sahasdin) was celebrated on behalf of ‘Hindusanghatak Savarkar Sahasdin Samiti’ a Bharat Natyamandir. Various Pro-Hindu organizations and respectable personalities in the city were felicitated. HJS too was among them. Pro-Hindus who were felicitated were involved in three  fold activities, showing courage like Swatantrayveer Savarkar, love for History and awakening the community. Shri. Pandurang Balkavde, Senior History Researcher, Shri. Milind Ekbote, President of All Hindu Forum, Shri. Niranjan Phadke of ‘Patitpavan Sanghtana’, Shri. Uday Dhurat, Director of ‘Mi Nathuram Godse Boltoy’, proud Hindus, Shri. Mohanrao Shatye, Sou. Krantigita Mahabal, daughter of proud Hindu Shri. Mohanrao Shatye and Kirtankar were present on the occasion. Shri. Nilesh Dhayarkar of ‘Swarupvardhini’ who had taken objection on the statements against Dharma while attending the programme of anti-Dharmis, was felicitated with Shawl, Coconut and cash. Shri. Sunil Dhanvat accepted the felicitation on behalf of HJS. Shri. Bandopant Bhanu from Miraj and follower of Swatanyrayveer Savarkar was also felicitated.

An English book, ‘Volume on Swatantrayveer Savarkar Works’ published by ‘Karnala Charitable Trust’ was released at the hands of Smt. Himani Savarkar. Later Shri. Charudatta Aphale, National Kitrankar, presented a Kirtan based on Swantrayveer Savarkar.
