Three miscreants sentenced to 3 months imprisonment for damaging temple

Pandharkavda: 3 accused were sentenced to three months rigorous imprisonment by Judge S.A. Borarkar for damaging the platform in the Jambuvant temple and pulling down the flag on the temple. (The punishment given by the court is very meager. Such heretics would be given severe punishment in a Divine Kingdom, as per its legal system ! – Editor) Adv. Shilavati Tukaram Janpadkar (32yrs.), Krushna Pandurang Vaghade (20yrs.) and Mahamad Sayyad Aziz Sayyad (42yrs.) had damaged the platform of the temple intentionally, using implements like axe and hoe. They had also denigrated the flag of the temple by pulling it down. 

Mr. Devidas Addarvar had registered a complaint with Pandharkavda police who arrested the three accused under section 295 and 34 of Indian Penal Code.
