Jalgaon (Maharashtra): ‘Ranaragini’, a branch of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) for women will be inaugurated today at ‘Leva Boarding Hall’ at 4.00 p.m. HJS has set up this branch of its women’s wing with a view to :
1. Invoke ‘Dharma-tej’ among young Hindu women,
2. To make them realize the gravity of oppression and
3. So that they should not blindly follow Western culture
The above information was given by Mr. Rajan Bunge, the District-Coordinator of HJS for Jalgaon, in a press conference held at Gurukrupa Classes. In a reply to a question posed by a journalist, he also informed that later on, the branches will be opened even at taluka and zone levels. The conference was attended by Miss. Pratiksha Koragankar, the District-coordinator of ‘Ranaragini’ for North Jalgaon.
In the inauguration program, there will be guidance by Mrs. Aparna Ramteerthkar, a renowned social worker and advocate, Mrs. Prachi Juvekar, the District-coordinator of ‘Ranaragini’ for South Jalgaon and Mr. Ramesh Shinde, the spokesperson of HJS for Maharashtra.
The media persons were requested to publicise the program on the occasion of the death anniversary of Punyashlok Ahilyabai Holkar. Representatives of ‘Dainik Tarun Bharat’, ‘Deshonnati’ and ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ attended the conference among others.
