Kerala : HJS activists invited to give lecture for students on ‘tension free exams’

Kerala : Hindu Janajagruti Samiti activists were invited by Karikulangara residents welfare association, Kottayam to speak on tension free exams for students of 10th and 12th standard. The program was inaugurated by Prof. Shri. Madavana Balakrishna Pillai, Director of  Commununication and Journalism department M.G. University, Shir. Shailesh , ex-Army and Kum. Praneeta Prasad of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti. Around 30 people participated in this function.

Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Shri. Madavana Balakrishna Pillai said that stress was on the rise in society and that it was very vital for stress to be managed. He advised the youngsters who had come to not just listen to the stress management lecture but put it into practice too.

Kum. Praneeta guided the students on the causes on stress and how to deal with it at physical, psychological and spiritual levels. She explained the function of mind and how much necessary it is to counter the thoughts at spiritual level. Kum. Praneeta also said that personality defects played a major role in the problems faced by students and she also said about the effectiveness of autosuggestion and cited few examples too. The students were very attentive and were seen noting down the important points also.

After the lecture was over few students and even parents came forward and cleared their doubts.

Highlights

1. The organisers had put in lot of efforts to gather students and really wanted maximum number of students to benefit from it.

2. Some students came forward and asked for the solution for the problems they are facing in their student life.

3.All the students who came were seen sincerely noting down things being told.

4. The organsisers have said that they will arrange such classes for the students and also for elders in the coming few days.
