The mystery of the Krishna’s Butterball (balancing rock) of Mahabalipuram

Rock (Ball of butter of Shrikrushna) weighing 250 tons on a cliff at Mahabalipuram in Tamil Nadu has not slid down for 1200 years !

Intellectuals, who weigh everything on the basis of intelligence, do not say anything about such news !

Mahabalipuram (Tamil Nadu) : Mahabalipuram is a famous place of pilgrimage 60 kms from Chennai. There is a hill near this pilgrimage place with a mammoth round rock on its cliff which has 20 ft height, 16 ft width and weighs 250 tons. It is known as ball of butter of Shrikrushna. It is said that the rock is there for 1200 years.

1. This rock existing since ancient times, occupies only 4 ft base-area on a cliff of this hill.

2. It has not worn out or slid down in all these years.

3.It is a miracle and science has no answer to how such huge rock weighing 250 tonnes, has managed to stay on a base- area of just 4 ft.

4. In the year 1908, the then Governor of Madras Province Arthur Lully had unsuccessfully tried to move this rock with the help of 7 elephants.   

5. Similar attempt was made by King Narasimha Barman from Pallav dynasty; but his intention was that no sculptor should touch that rock.
