Pune (Maharashtra):  A seminar was organized by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) for advocates. In the seminar held at Shri Rahalkar Ram Temple in Sadashiv Peth, 19 advocates took part. Advocate Ramdas Kesarkar guided the participants. The seminar concluded with a resolve made by all the participating advocates to come together for the activities undertaken for the protection of the Nation and Dharma.

The seminar began with Mr. Sunil Ghanavat of HJS explaining to the participants about the objective of the seminar and the activities of HJS. Adv. Kesarkar said, “Today, there is nobody who would come forward to save Hindus. Denigration of Hindu Deities has become a common thing. Pro-Hindus are unnecessarily harassed by the police. In such a situation, it is essential for all of us to unite. It is the best way to repay our debt towards society if we can do something to change this situation. This will, of course, require the presence and the grace of God.” In the end, Adv. Kesarkar clarified the doubts of the participating advocates.

Committee to eradicate judicial injustice is formed in Pune

In the present judicial system, it is difficult for a common man to get justice. The patriotic citizens have, therefore, taken the initiative to change this situation and a committee has been formed by HJS to eradicate judicial injustice. The above information was given by Adv. Kesarkar and an announcement to this effect was also made by him in a press conference held yesterday. Distinguished advocates viz. Mohanrao Dongare, Deepak Yadav, Neelesh Sangolkar and Manish Nanavare attended the meeting among others.

Adv. Kesarkar said, “Proper justice is not always done. Justice is also not done in time or if done, it is not implemented correctly. It is a very grave situation. He noted the following problems in the present judicial system:

  • It is the duty of the Government to give justice to citizens on time but it does not seem to happen.
  • There have been malpractices going on like the police not registering complaints.
  • Charge-sheets are not filed for a long time.
  • They try to back the accused by deliberately keeping loopholes in their investigations.
  • High fees charged by the advocates.
  • Other expenditure related to court cases is beyond the capacity of a common man.
  • Moreover, there are still old and outdated laws in force from the time of the British regime.

All these things deprive the people from getting justice. If such injustice in the judicial system is not eradicated, it will eliminate us. The Committee to eradicate judicial injustice has, therefore, been formed for the purpose.”

The procedure for working of the Committee

  • The complainant has to give his complaint in writing which should be signed by him.
  • All necessary papers should be enclosed along with the complaint.
  • Five advocates of the Committee will verify the complaint and papers.
  • After verification of papers, the complainant will be suitably guided.
