HJS establishes ‘Committee for Eradication of Judicial Injustice’ now in Satara

Satara (Maharashtra): There are many drawbacks in the present judicial system which include giving improper justice, justice not done in time or if done, not implemented correctly etc. Therefore, it is as bad as justice not done. It is necessary that patriotic citizens take the initiative to change this situation. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has established the above Committee and has offered an open platform to the citizens. Advocate Ramdas Kadam announced the establishment of the Committee in a press conference held at Shri. Supanekar Hall. Mr. Rahul Kadam, the district coordinator of HJS and Dr. Suresh Anande, the coordinator of the Committee were also present on the occasion.

Adv. Kesarkar said that there are cases where the Police refuses to register complaints or charge-sheets are not filed for a long time or they try to back the accused by keeping loopholes in their investigations. Thus the Police are not the saviours but destroyers of the people.

Recently, a bench of the Supreme Court had commented in one case that "Even if God descends down to India, He will not be able to change this situation. There are no virtues left in India. We have become helpless.” Indian citizens have been going through this situation for many years now. The future of the country will be in danger if this scenario is not changed. Sometimes injustice is done to a person because of either the corrupt police or the advocate and judge. Mr. Kesarkar also made an appeal that affected people can approach the Committee with all papers related to their case. Few journalists got their doubts clarified from Mr. Kesarkar.
