Nashik (Maharashyra): Many drawbacks have drilled holes in the present judicial system resulting in courts not doing proper justice to the petitioners, not getting justice in time, or if justice is done in time, it is not implemented properly etc. The highest corruption is said to be existing in the courts. There are still outdated laws which are in force from the days when the British ruled this country; also delayed justice is equal to injustice. Those who feel a strong love for our Nation should take the initiative to change this situation. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has set up the committee for the eradication of judicial injustice, in the form of an open platform, for these people who want to take such an initiative. The Committee has now been set up in Nashik. The above information was given by advocate Ramdas Kesarkar, an honorary legal adviser of HJS in a press conference held at ‘Prabodhankar Thackeray Media Centre’ yesterday when Advocate Prashant Joshi and Mr. Mahendra Kshatriya, the district-coordinator of HJS for Nashik were also present.

Mr. Kesarkar said, “Police do not register the complaints, do not file charge-sheets for a long time; they knowingly back the accused and help them by keeping loopholes in investigations. The Police thus are not the saviours but the destroyers of citizens. The future of this country will be in danger if this situation is not changed. The corrupt Police along with lawyers and judges do injustice to the people.” He also made an appeal to submit papers to the Committee in case there were such instances of injustice.
