Rajgurunagar (Maharashtra): During the pre-independence days, a need was felt to use the  celebration of festivals to awaken patriotism among people. The same need is still felt even today. The existence of Nation and Dharma is in great danger in the present times; therefore, it is very important to create an awareness among people through the medium of such festivals. The above views were expressed by Mr. Ramesh Shinde, the spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) for the State of Maharashtra and Gujarat.
Shri. Shinde was speaking at a gathering organized on the grounds of Bankhele Complex on behalf of Manchar Kruti Vikas Pratishthan Navaratrotsava Mandal and HJS.

HBP. Dattatraya Maharaj Dhumal said, “Wherever there is Dharma (Righteousness), there is victory. It is, therefore, necessary to spread Righteousness in the present times. Saint Sree Dnyaneshwar Maharaj has said in the third verse of ‘Pasaydan’ that ‘Vishwaswadharma Surye Paaho’ and I feel that ‘Dainik Sanatan Prabhat’ is implementing the same concept.” He ended his speech by raising a slogan hailing HJS.

Mrs. Manasi Shrishrimal of Sanatan Sanstha said, “Sree Durgamata is the symbol of the Nation’s strength. Everyone needs to undertake spiritual practice to increase the same. It is necessary to unite for protection of ‘Dharma’ and follow ‘Dharmacharan (follow the path as prescribed by Dharma)’. Everyone must come together forgetting his individual party, organization, post, sect and caste.”
Manchar Kruti Vikas Pratishthan Navaratrotsava Mandal is engaged in creating an awareness among people for the past 11 years, informed Mr. Madhusudan Harishchandra Bheke, the President in the program that was attended by about 250 devout Hindus. There was also a book-exhibition and stall of ‘sattvik’ products manufactured by Sanatan Sanstha in this program.
