Mumbai: An anti-Hindu organization had recently held a program on the occasion of the Navaratri Festival. In this program, Hindu Deities were criticized in a very disgraceful manner. To stop such criticism, some devout Hindus from the area went to the local police station and informed Police Inspector Patil about the same. Mr. Patil said, “The speakers were trying to eradicate superstitions, the members of audience were educated and did not find anything wrong with the speeches. Why are you so disturbed? The speakers were expressing their views on God.” Mr. Patil said that he was also a Hindu. (The police, who try to convince Hindus that their complaint is wrong, never advises such things to followers of other religions; because, if need be, the followers of those religions will not hesitate to take the law in their own hands to fulfill their demands. What is wrong if it is said that the oppression of Hindus by the police is forcing law-abiding Hindus to take the law in their own hands ? – Editor SP)

Later, the devout Hindus met Mr. Khanvilkar and Mr. Mahajan of the Investigation bureau and explained the position to them requesting them to take action. (The action taken by devout Hindus by meeting the senior officials without getting affected by the apathy shown by the junior police official is truly exemplary! – Editor SP) The above two police officials then instructed the police staff present at the program venue to contact the organizers of the program and stop the program or ask the organizers to stop the denigration of Deities and to contact the police station on the following day. As the devout Hindus went to the venue, they observed that winding up of the program was going on.

Disgraceful criticism of Deities !

“During the terrorist attacks on Mumbai, none of the 33 crores of Gods came to the rescue.” (Nobody dares to say such things about prophets from other religions. When are Hindus going to create such a standing for themselves in Society that no one dares to indulge in the denigration of their Deities? – Editor SP) “Look for the God in people. Which Goddess manifests in some people during Navaratri? Is that Sridevi?” Such types of comments were passed and questions were asked by the speakers to the members of audience. (Such anti-Hindu speakers, who have no knowledge of spiritual science, will lead society down the road to it own ruin. – Editor SP)
