….. then Muslims must go to Pakistan – Mr. Durgesh Parulkar

Ambarnath (Maharashtra): India is being attacked from all sides. On one side, there is China and on the other side, there is Pakistan; both of them have an eye on India. There are many problems like infiltration, use of counterfeit currency notes, terrorism etc. and the problems are aggravating. In addition, there is opposition to ‘Vande Mataram’ by some people. In fact, opposition to ‘Vande Mataram’ was faced even prior to India getting independence. If Muslims really feel love for India, they should express it by saying ‘Vande Mataram’, else they should go to Pakistan if they are against it. The above views were expressed by Mr. Durgesh Parulkar, the coordinator of Hindu Mahasabha for Dombivali. Mr. Parulkar addressed the ‘Hindu Dharma-jagruti Sabha’ organised by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) at Brahmansabha Hall in Ambarnath (East).

The meet began with recitation of ‘Veda-mantras’ by Mr. Vivek Khasnis Guruji and Mr. Uday Khasnis Guruji from Kalyan followed with lighting of a lamp by Mr. Parulkar. About 250 devout Hindus attended the meeting. Direct telecast of the meet was shown by D. G. Cable Network.

Mr. Prasad Wadke of Dharma-shakti Sena (Sena) appealed to the people to join self-defence classes started by the Sena. He said that the sensitivity of Hindus towards their Dharma has reduced owing to lack of ‘Dharmacharan’. Hindus must join the self-defence classes for self-protection and to make them strong and radiant.

Dr. (Smt.) Anjali Patil of Ranaragini Branch said that the mothers should educate their children in matters related to Dharma and prepare themselves to create ideal future generations.

Mr. Ajay Sambhus of HJS said that the Government is not bothered about interests of Hindus although they are supposed to be in majority in this country. One is not sure whether this is a Hindu country or a minority country. Hindus must increase their strength through unity to avoid all these problems.

A follow-up meeting has been organised on 19th November at 7.30 p.m. at Kelkar Hall, Yogayoga Society, Opposite Rotary Club, Vadavali, Ambarnath (E) to decide about further course of action.
