Devout Hindus practising few demonstrations in training camp
Sambhajinagar : Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) conducted a one-day training camp on self-defence at Adgaonkhurda to teach devout youth on how to protect self in case of attack. The camp was held on 8th May in premises of Shri. Radhakrushna Temple and was attended by 22 devout Hindus from Adgaonkhurda and surrounding areas.
Shri. Vijay Chaudhary of HJS from Pune explained the purpose behind conducting such camp. Various exercises and karate forms were taught to participants. There was guidance on nature of self-defence training class and its need. Few experiments were also conducted for increasing leadership qualities amongst participants.
Highlights
1. Many young men showed interest in conducting self-defence classes and it was decided to conduct such class on every Sunday.
2. Devout Hindus from Adgaonkhurda made arrangements for food for participants and HJS activists.
